How do I edit my job offer?
To edit your job offer, proceed as follows:
Log in to Haushaltshilfe24.
Click on "My job offer".
Click on the edit icon next to the information field you want to change.
Change your details.
Confirm the changes with "Save".
How do I upload a photo?
To upload a photo, proceed as follows:
Log in to Haushaltshilfe24.
Click on "My job offer".
Click on "Add photo" on the photo placeholder.
Follow the instructions.
The photo should be at least 640x640 pixels and in PNG, JPG or GIF format.
I have received enough applications. How do I hide my job offer?
If you have received enough applications, you can pause your job offer. This means that the job offer is no longer visible to the domestic helpers. You can still see your existing contacts and exchange messages with them.
To pause your job offer, follow these steps:
Log in to Haushaltshilfe24.
Why was my job offer rejected?
During the creation of the job offer and in our general terms and conditions, we specify what may and may not be included in a job offer. Job offers that violate our rules will be rejected. If your job offer is rejected, you will receive an e-mail with the exact reason for rejection and instructions
