What is the satisfaction guarantee and when can I claim it?

With Haushaltshilfe24, private individuals and companies can find a suitable domestic help. We believe that this should be possible for everyone quickly and easily.

Therefore, we offer a satisfaction guarantee for premium members: We will refund your money for your premium membership if you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days after you started your subscription, e.g. if

  • you could not make contact with a domestic helper,
  • you couldn't find a domestic helper who would fit your needs,
  • our platform is not for you after all, or
  • you are dissatisfied for some other reason.

To claim your guarantee

Within the first 14 days after the start of your premium subscription, contact our support team by e-mail and tell us the reason why you are dissatisfied. This information will help us further improve our site and our service.

Important:

Please contact our customer support directly if you have any questions about refunds. This way, we can arrange your satisfaction guarantee quickly and easily. A chargeback and report from the payment provider (payment conflict) usually delays the process significantly, as the amount is blocked during the often long processing time – we can no longer arrange a refund during this time.
