How does the automatic cancellation function work?

If you are not interested in an application, you can use the automatic rejection function. This way you do not have to formulate a rejection yourself. The domestic helper receives a message from us and knows that you are not interested.

To send an automatic rejection, proceed as follows:

1. log in to Haushaltshilfe24.
2. click on "Messages".
3. Select the message to which you want to send the automatic rejection.
4. Click on "Not interested".
5. confirm with "Send".
