How do I verify my profile?

We understand that verifying your profile can be a confusing process. To help, we've outlined the steps you need to follow below:

1. Have your smartphone and ID document ready.
2. Log in to your user account at Haushaltshilfe24.
3. Click on [Verify profile] in the menu.
4. Follow the instructions described there.

Once you've verified your profile successfully, it will receive a "Verified" badge.
