I cannot log in or have forgotten my password. What do I have to do?

If you cannot log in, this can have various causes. First rule out all sources of error:

  • Check whether your e-mail address and password are spelled correctly.
  • Pay attention to upper and lower case and check whether the Caps-Lock key is active.

If you get stuck, you can request a new password.

If it still doesn't work, write to us in short sentences and ideally with a screenshot, describing what you are seeing:

  • what you get displayed
  • which device you are using (e.g. iPhone, Laptop)
  • which browser you are using (e.g. iOS, Chrome)
